Maintenance
JVP: Setting the standard
In the course of carrying out our commercial cleaning activities, we come across issues that our clients might not even have been aware of.
When we find problems, it is often appreciated when we can directly help to resolve them. Our extra support services include drain maintenance and pest control.
Maintenance
Our high-level services expose us to areas of buildings that are often out of sight in the normal course of events. When cleaning gutters or working from roofs, we will come across issues that need addressing – for example leaking gutter joints, failed seals/gaskets, loose cladding, damaged glass, and missing or damaged roof tiles.
We will record and report the things that we find, but we can also help our clients by making temporary or permanent repairs either at the time, or at a later date.
- Facade and cladding repairs
- Guttering repairs
- Roofing repairs
- Drainage unblocking and repairs as necessary
- Glass repair and/or replacement
- Boarding where windows have been smashed
- Latchway and eyebolt installation and/or repairs
Planned maintenance
Our teams will notify clients of any issues showing signs of deterioration, where immediate action is not necessary but where future maintenance should be considered and planned for.
Our high-level cleaning services see us visiting sites fairly regularly; if we know that some maintenance is required, we can plan it in for future visits.
Reactive maintenance
Because we work at height, clients will often call us in to make remedial repairs that require our skills and access equipment. The urgency of repairs will determine if we plan an emergency or future dated visit.
A common urgent scenario for us is one where a high level glass roof has been damaged, or is letting in water. We can replace panes or we can apply protective film to the damaged area to prevent further deterioration or water ingress.
