Facade and
cladding cleaning

For hard surfaces like granite or metal, jet washing is often the best solution for removing discolouration and built-up dirt.

For the more delicate or decorative surfaces, we use the DOFF system. For example, with historical or heritage buildings, or lightly rendered frontages, where high pressure jet washing could cause damage, we use superheated steam utilised at much lower pressures instead. This delivers the cleaning results whilst protecting softer surfaces like sandstone.

We work at a number of the country’s most recognised historical landmarks and numerous other grade one and two listed buildings.

Using the right equipment and the correct approach on a building-by-building basis is important. A site survey is always carried out before work is undertaken, this helps us to understand what is required so that you get the outcomes you need.

Cladding cleaning

We provide both high and low level cladding cleaning; from our fleet of custom built hydraulic platforms we can access buildings up to a height of 62 metres and an outreach of some 30m. The access platforms have built in pressure washers and steam cleaners and no trailing hoses. With stand alone equipment, all we need from a client is a water supply.

We provide all the protection necessary to minimise disruption and inconvenience to the public, your staff and the surrounding environment for the duration of the clean.

Trapezoidal profiles, corrugated iron sheets or sandwich panels coated with Plastisol HP200, Plastisol HPS200 or PVDF finishes can be cleaned whether the panels are horizontal or vertical.
